Jac O'Keeffe
As co-founder and president of the Association for Spiritual Integrity (ASI), Jac O'Keeffe has built organizational systems for accountability, transparency, and ethical reflection. She has presented on ethics at Harvard University and advises leaders across sectors on questions of integrity, decision-making under pressure, accountability and the responsible use of power.
Her education background spans theology, music, adult education, financial coaching, and certification as an educator in the Right Use of Power, a framework for understanding power dynamics in professional relationships. She is a published author. For over 20 years she has worked with groups internationally in addition to a private practice supporting the cultivation of inner clarity in leaders and influencers.
Jac's approach is grounded, practical, and unflinching. She doesn't offer formulas or easy answers. Instead, she creates space for you to think more clearly, see more honestly, and act with greater integrity, especially when the stakes are high and the path forward is unclear.
